Junior Division (ages 11-14)

- Any movement from a sonata by Mozart, Haydn or Beethoven (without repeats)
- Any Etude of virtuosity
- One piece of choice if time allows
Senior Division (ages 15-18)
Video Length: 15-25 minutes of music
- Any movement from a sonata by Mozart, Haydn or Beethoven (without repeats)
- Any Etude of virtuosity
- One piece of choice if time allows
First Round
Junior Division (ages 11-14)
15-20 minutes
- Movement from any classical sonata
- Romantic work
- Remaining time is candidate’s choice of repertoire, if time allows.
Senior Division (ages 15-18)
25-30 minutes
- Full Classical sonata by Beethoven, Haydn or Mozart
- Piece by Brahms, Chopin, Schubert or R. Schumann
- Remaining time is candidate’s choice of repertoire, if time allows.
Final Round – Chamber and Concerto (Junior and Senior)
